Dr. J.P. Srivastava, Reader of
Institute of Education, SHEPA Varanasi, is M.A. (Eco.) from a
prestigious Autonomous institution Udai Pratap College Varanasi.
He has also earned the degree of M.Ed. and Ph.D. in education
with specialization in Classroom Observation communication and
Educational Technology.
He has experience of teaching at
school level for three years. After teaching at school level he
taught as Lecturer in Economics for two years. Concurrently he
has also been a visiting lecturer in Abhinav College of Arts and
Commerce, Thane, Maharashtra for Economics. |

Dr. J.P. Srivastava has started his career as teacher educator in 2003
from a college which was affiliated to University of Mumbai. In
this capacity he also represented the college in numerous
international conferences and seminars at Mumbai. He was invited
quite frequently as visiting lecturer for teaching of economics
and commerce methods and he has also to his credit an important
assignment from SIEMAT, Allahabad & World Bank in which he has
worked as project facilitator and has completed four national
and state level educational research projects related to
elementary education presently working as a Coordinator of Tamil
Nadu Open University, Learning Centre SHEPA |

Dr. Asha Pandey

Dr. Asha Pandey is an all through
first divisioner in her academic profile starting from high
school to Post graduate degrees. She is an M.A. (Geography) in
first division with B.Ed. (Ist in theory and Ist in practice of
teaching)) and M.Ed. (Ist division) She has also to her credit
the certificate of merit in National Eligibility Test (NET in
Education) of U.G.C. and Ph.D. degree in education. |

She has taught B.Ed. classes for
five years in addition to school level experience of teaching
for four years and one years’ experience as project assistant in
a UGC research project. She guides students-teachers in Social
Science, English and Environmental education.
She has co-authored two books and
has published 5 research articles in National Journals. She has
also participated in 6 National/regional level seminars and a
UGC sponsored refresher course in education.
She has helped as project
facilitator in two National and three state level research
projects pertaining to capacity building evaluation and time on
task studies of GOI. |

Dr. Manju Lata Tripathi

Dr. Manjulata
Tripathi has done Ph.D. in education and M.Ed. from M.G. Kashi
Vidyapeeth, Varanasi and M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Gorakhpur
University, Gorakhpur U.P. She is working in Institute of
Education SHEPA, Varanasi from the academic session 2006. He has
taught in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Durgapur as a PGT (Chem) in 1988
on adhoc basis.
She has also taught in Jawahar Navoday Vidyalaya
Sikkim as a PGT (Chem) on adhoc basis. She has worked in D.A.V.
Public school in Rihand and also in Desh Bhagat Engineering
College Mandi Govind Garh, Jalandhar as a chemistry lecturer on
regular basis.
She has keen interest in
environmental education. |

Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh

Dr.
Vinod Kumar Singh is working as Lecturer in Institute of
Education, SHEPA, Varanasi. He has also completed his research
in the filed of Primary Education from Lucknow University. His
research topic was “A study of teaching competencies of primary
schools teachers in relation to academic qualification gender &
habitat”. Dr, Singh also qualified NET (National Eligibility
Test). He has completed his M.Ed. degree from Lucknow University
and M.A. (Maths) from C.S.J. Maharaj University Kanpur. He has
three year’s experience of teaching of B.Ed. class. Dr. Singh
has also functioned as Academic counsellor of IGNOU.

specialization of Dr. Singh is Math Teaching and Educational
Psychology. He has attended several seminars and workshops. |

Kumar Mritunjay Rakesh has done
Shikshaacharya (M.Ed.) from Sri Lal Bahadur Shashtri Rashtriya
Sanskrit Vidyalaya Delhi and Shikshashastri (B.Ed.) from the
same university. He has done M.A. from University of Delhi. He
is teaching Educational Philosophy, Hindi method and Sanskrit
methodology in B.Ed. classes. He has started his career as a
lecturer from Institute of Education, SHEPA, Varanasi in 2006.
He has taught spoken Sanskrit in Delhi and Muzaffarpur (Bihar).
He has done social work in filed of Sanskrit and has also
experience as teaching spoken Sanskrit Programme organized by
“Sanskrit Bharti” Delhi. |
